    There is no maximum number of people for a trip with friends.


    Depending on the number of participants, we will adapt the vehicles for transfers to optimize your travel budget.

  • Do I have to pay a deposit when booking a trip with friends?

    If the trip is planned well in advance, we will ask you to pay a deposit in order to confirm the services with the hotel, airline and transfer company.


    However, for last minute departures, you may be required to pay the balance of the trip at the time of booking.

  • When we go on vacation with a group of friends, can we make sure that we are all seated together on the plane?

    In the case of group travel, we can ask the airline to have a specific placement.

  • How many people can we put in the same room?

    It depends on the hotel you choose. Some have triple and quadruple rooms. 


    Depending on the configuration of the rooms you want, we will suggest suitable hotels.

  • What will be the conditions of cancellation in case one or more people cancel a few days before the departure?

    The cancellation conditions will be indicated on the travel quote that we will have sent you. These conditions are calculated according to the conditions communicated by the airline and the hotel.


    If the cancellation occurs a few weeks before departure, the cancellation fee will be a percentage of the price paid by the participant. 


    If the cancellation occurs a few days before departure, the participant may not be entitled to a refund. 


    In any case, it is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to cover the cost of your cancellation, if it occurs for a reason covered by the insurance policy.
