Important notice before you travel
• The name on your ticket must match your passport exactly.
• Check your passport validity and blank pages, and the visa and entry rules of every country on your trip, including transit countries. Some countries require vaccinations or proof of vaccination: check with your doctor and the relevant embassy. See clause 13 of our Terms & Conditions.
• Prices and availability can change until we receive your payment. Once we have received it, your price is fixed (clause 3 of our Terms & Conditions).
• Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, South African time. During your trip, call our 24/7 emergency line, whose number is in your travel documents.

1. Who we are. This website is run by Atelo Travel Quintrip (Pty) Ltd, trading as Quintrip ("Quintrip", "we", "us"). By using it, you accept this disclaimer.
2. General information only. The content of this website, including destination guides, blog articles and any information on health, safety, visas or travel advice, is general information and not professional advice. Check official sources and your own situation before you book and before you travel.
3. Accuracy. We work to keep our content accurate and up to date, but it may be incomplete or wrong. We do not warrant that it is accurate or suitable for a particular purpose, and you use it at your own risk, except where the law does not allow us to exclude liability.
4. Prices and availability. Prices shown are a guide, depend on availability, and can change until we receive your payment. If a price is clearly wrong, clause 3.5 of our Terms & Conditions applies.
5. Supplier content. Photos, descriptions, facilities and star ratings come from Suppliers such as hotels and airlines. They are a guide, and we cannot guarantee that they are accurate.
6. Reviews. Reviews, including those shown from third-party platforms such as Trustpilot, are written by third parties. The opinions are theirs, not ours.
7. Links to other websites. This website links to websites that we do not run or control. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content or availability of those websites.
8. Availability of the website. We do not promise that the website will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend or stop any part of it at any time, without notice.
9. Intellectual property. The website, its content, photos and our trademarks belong to us or to our licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape or resell them without our written permission.
10. Your use of the website. Do not misuse the website or the information you submit through it. We may restrict access for anyone who does. We may record technical information about visits, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
11. Your booking. Every booking is governed by our Terms & Conditions, which you accept when you book, and by the Suppliers' conditions shown for each service. This disclaimer does not replace them. If they conflict, our Terms & Conditions apply to your booking.
12. Our liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or your inability to use it. Nothing in this disclaimer limits any liability that we cannot limit or exclude by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act.
13. Law. South African law governs this disclaimer, and the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction over any dispute about it.
14. Changes. We may update this disclaimer at any time. The version on the website applies.
