How far is the nearest beach?

Distance from Airport

Summer Island Maldives is 35 kilometres from Velana International Airport, the main international gateway for travellers arriving in the Maldives. The standard speedboat transfer takes approximately 45 minutes, while a seaplane transfer can reduce the journey to around 15 minutes. Resort representatives meet arriving guests at the airport and direct them towards the appropriate onward transfer. The relatively straightforward connection makes the property more accessible than resorts requiring a long domestic flight and additional boat journey.
