How far is the nearest beach?

Distance from Airport

Dusit Thani Maldives can be reached from Velana International Airport by a 35-minute seaplane flight. Travellers arriving later in the day can instead take a 25-minute domestic flight to Dharavandhoo Airport followed by a 10-minute speedboat transfer to the resort. Airport representatives assist guests with the onward journey from Malé, and seaplane guests have access to a private lounge at the terminal. MLE remains the international arrival airport for clients travelling from South Africa.
